Now Accepting Applications for the 2026 OAIMA Emerging Leaders Program

2026 Marks the 5th year of the OAIMA Emerging Leaders Program.

The program consists of five unique sessions developed to provide the candidates with the training, tools, skills and knowledge to develop as leaders within our industry and our Association. Candidates will practice and sharpen their leadership, communication and relationship skills that can be applied at work, at home and in interpersonal relationships.

Candidates will be visiting operations in various geographic regions and will interact with business professionals while developing their leadership skills. 

The program will focus on the Five Foundational Pillars of Leadership including:

  1. Networking
  2. Industry Awareness
  3. Geographic Awareness
  4. Leadership Development
  5. Mentorship/Accountability

Session 1 – May 13-15 (Wed-Fri)

Session 2- July 15-17 (Wed-Fri)

Session 3- August 19-21 (Wed-Fri)

Session 4- October 13-15 (Tues-Thurs)

Session 5 – OAIMA Annual Meeting and Trade Show – Leadership Reception Wednesday, Nov. 18, Graduation Thursday, November 19, 2026

Candidate and Sponsorship forms must be completed and returned to dawnh@oaima.org . Applications will be accepted until the Close of Business, April 1, 2026.
